Nicole LangloisNicole is best described as the energizer bunny…. She keeps going, going, going. Although Nicole has traveled around the world, she is a Hudson Valley native. She is a Wellness Warrior and helps support and empower others to foster a sustainable healthy and healing way to live their lives. She truly believes in supporting and helping business owners succeed at One Epic Place through community and wellness. She will call it like she sees it. She’s super passionate and giving. She likes to travel, play poker, knit (never with a pattern), and cook (never with a recipe). She homeschooled her 3 girls, spent 6 years in the Navy, traveled around the country in an RV for several years and doesn’t like conformity. Nicole currently serves as the President of Board of Directors of the Arts Community and Chair of the WOW Committee of the New Paltz Chamber of Commerce.

Julie RobbinsJulie is a Co-Founder, CFO & CVO of One EPIC Place, as well as a Business Coach. Although you will not see Julie with a drum and drumsticks in hand on a daily basis, she has her own positive beat of productivity. Julie is currently on the board for the New Paltz Regional Chamber of Commerce and The Arts Community. She believes in supporting and helping business owners succeed at One EPIC Place by helping them find their purpose and their own individual way of thriving in their business.

Ashley Walko is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Director of Infinity Mental Health Counseling in New Paltz, NY. Within the clinical setting, Ashley primarily treats teenagers and young adults through a person-centered, relationship based framework.
Ashley is the creator and administrator of the Hudson Valley Therapist in Practice community. In addition, Ashley is the founder of Infinity Presents; a platform for monthly presentations geared toward building community and improving mental health services through continuing education talks by experts in the field. |
Kathy Prizzia has promoted her entrepreneurial spirit and mentorship throughout her career with twenty-five years of managing effective and successful teams in the food and tourism industries. Kathy has established an approachable and hands-on process with her teams, while empowering and inspiring them to succeed within their careers. She is a Hudson Valley native and began her career as the General Manager of P&G’s Restaurant in New Paltz, NY, owned and operated 36 Main Restaurant & Wine bar that was awarded “Best Newcomer in the Hudson Valley” award by Zagat.
She continued her managerial and entrepreneurial success as the Executive Director of the New Paltz Regional Chamber of Commerce in which she worked to create engaging educational seminars to help impact and improve local business, and fostered the growth of multiple community events, committees and board development. Currently, she is the Assistant GM at Rocking Horse Ranch and is on the Board of One Epic Place, a collaborative and supportive working community, board member of the Chamber Foundation at New Paltz, Committee member and Chair of the New Paltz Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Wisdom of Women’s unGala, and the SUNY New Paltz School of Business, mentoring burgeoning college students to make their aspirational goals a reality for which she won the Dean’s Award of Excellence. She was also recently recognized as the “Business Leader of the Year” from Sparrow’s Nest, a non-profit that provides meals to families that has a family member diagnosed with cancer. Kathy is a true listener, passionate motivational public speaker, panel moderator, and believes that everyone can reach their true potential when given the right guidance and mentoring. She resides in Highland with her husband, Anthony and daughter Ava. |
Offering a successful Weight loss program, Wellness programs and Nutrition seminars, Vicki consults to individuals, businesses, doctors, conference centers and spas.
As a Consultant to corporations, Vicki develops print and web copy on specified nutrition, health and wellness topics; providing credible support and resource links for all claims and information presented. She reviews nutrition research to support structure function claims. As a Consulting Nutritionist to Stonyfield since 1999, and Newman's Own, Vicki represents healthy companies. She helps with product development, product enhancement and answer consumer questions. Her research and consulting work keeps her very up-to-date with wellness topics. Drawing on the experience of working with nutrition throughout the life cycle has provided Vicki with a broad perspective when writing and speaking thereby: Creating Wellness for Businesses and Individuals.
