New Paltz Regional Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center
The New Paltz Regional Chamber of Commerce is the only Chamber in the Hudson Valley with a regional Visitor Center. Located at 257 Main Street in New Paltz, the Visitor Center is stocked with brochures and information about area attractions, as well as information about Chamber member restaurants, lodgings, attractions, events, services and more. Open year-round Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Ulster County Area Transit offers public transportation throughout Ulster County, including the Ulster-Poughkeepsie Link, connecting with Metro-North Railroad and the Dutchess County Loop system. All buses equipped with bicycle racks. 845-334-8120.

Adirondack Trailways offers bus service throughout New York State, including daily departures from NYC Port Authority to New Paltz, Kingston, Rosendale, Saugerties, Woodstock and Phoenicia.
Ulster County Tourism provides free brochures on fishing, hiking, and golfing in the area; a calendar of events; group travel planner; and the Ulster County Travel Guide and regional guides on the Catskills and the Hudson Valley.
