Mohonk Preserve Bob Babb Wednesday Walk

The Bob Babb Wednesday Walks welcome adults of all ages and levels of ability. No reservations are required. Meet at the Mohonk Preserve West Trapps Trailhead. This is an easy, 6-mile hike. This program is free to Mohonk Preserve members and $10 for non-members (includes a day pass which allows hiking access to Preserve lands for a full day, sunrise to sunset, and can be credited for up to two weeks towards a membership). Free Balance Assessment and Screening for Seniors
SLCH Center for Physical Therapy, Cornwall
St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital (SLCH) will host a free balance assessment and screening for seniors who feel unsteady while walking and easily lose their balance. SLCH's licensed physical therapists will administer a comprehensive four-step balance assessment to determine whether these seniors would benefit from balance exercises. All attendees will be provided with a letter informing their physician of their balance abilities and limitations. Participants should wear sensible shoes for this assessment.
