BENEFITS OF BELONGING
The New Paltz Regional Chamber of Commerce is a full-service, year-round Chamber with a full-time staff to serve the needs of Chamber members, area residents and visitors to our region.
1. Who can join?
Any sole proprietor, entity, business, firm, association, corporation or business partnership having an interest in the New Paltz Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Mission Statement is eligible to apply for membership.
There are no geographic boundaries.

Educational workshops on a wide range of topics to meet foster business and personal success.
Marketing opportunities to promote your business and/or events, including the Chamber’s Corporate Partner program; announcements in the Chamber’s weekly M2M (Member-to-Member) e-mail blasts; advertising in the Annual Membership Directory, Sojourn visitor guide, Regional Report and other promotional publications; sponsorships of Chamber events; and additional advertising opportunities on the Chamber’s website.
Chamber Bucks
A great way to come to Chamber events for free!
Simply recommend a business to become a New Paltz Chamber of Commerce member, and we will send you Chamber bucks if they join, which can be used as payment
for luncheons or breakfasts.

Professional Development Series
Panel discussions and workshops are held throughout the year. Sponsored by the Regional Chamber of Commerce Foundation at New Paltz, the Professional Development Series will help you learn new ways to promote your business, maintain your billing and databases, hire and keep valued employees, take your business to the next level, and more.
Capitalize on Your Chamber Membership
Display your business brochures and cards in the Chamber's Visitor's Center. You can also offer token giveaways like pens, pencils, keychains, etc.
Attend Mixers, Luncheons and Business Card Exchanges. Chamber events are great opportunities to network and to promote your business directly to other business owners.
Write a note of welcome to new Chamber members. You will find mailing information for new members each quarterly issue of Regional Report. Write each new member a note to welcome them to the Chamber and introduce yourself and your business. Be sure to include your business card, too.
Weekend Hours at Regional Visitor’s Center
Our Visitor’s Center is open on weekends from May
through October (Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.), but closed on weekends from November through April. Volunteers from the Retired Senior Volunteer Program staff the Visitor’s Center during the weekend, and can provide travelers with maps, brochures and information about our members and area attractions.
